Ex-Pussycat doll Melody Thornton attended the Interscope Geffen A&M Records Fourth Annual “Creme Of The Crop” party during the BET Awards weekend. She was rocking a bad girl look in all black. The fact that the dress was made entirely of sheer and leather also gives an x-rated touch, though it’s not too revealing. The darted cups over the breast seems a little [muted] Lady Gaga, but Melody definitely owned this look. Brandy Norwood was seen around Hollywood looking summer fresh. She wore a colorful dress with a faux-wrap top, paired with open toe lace-up ankle boots. Beyonce was seen around London rocking some rugged high-heeled booties. She wore the ankle-length, buckle and zip boots with a olive green Alice + Olivia Wrapped Goddess Dress ($264.00) and with a blue Alice by Temperley London romper. The booties are by Balenciaga, so I’m sure they cost a pretty penny.

The Dollhouse Lillic Bootie are giving the Balenciage booties a run for their money, or should I say our money as the Lillic bootiess are priced at an affordable $41.67. And dare I say, I like the Lillic booties better.

And Beyonce isn’t the only celeb in love with the Balenciago booties. They’ve also seen on the feet of Taylor Momsen while shooting Gossip Girls; Hilary Duff at the Santa Barbara Film Festival and Zoe Saldana in a Complex Magazine spread.

I’m feeling inspired by Zoe Saldana and thinking of pairing the Dollhouse Lillic Booties with some socks for the fall.

Well it seems like Kimora Lee Simmons is back to her old ways – turning the sidewalk into a runway. She was chatting it up with the paps as they caught her exiting the Channel store in West Hollywood. Kimora looked fab with Aoki Lee and Ming Lee in tow. Tichina Arnold walked the 2010 Espy red carpet wearing an interesting outfit. Now I can go on and on about how her dress looks too “young” or how the shoes are “ugly” or whether the back of her skirt was caught in her undies or what’s the purple fabric dangling about under the skirt, but I don’t want to waste my time or yours – the picture speaks for itself. Instead I’ll just point out the cute ring she’s wearing, and supply a restyle options for Tichina.

The Diane von Furstenberg Brighton Dress ($545.00) would have been the perfect dress for her. It’s a voluminous party dress, like Tichina’s dress above, but it’s also sophisticated and sexiness, unlike Tichina’s dress above.

Tichina is another person that seems to have fallen off the fabulous wagon. This type of “situation” isn’t normal for her. Check out her latest 5 fabulous looks.

Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian attended the Beach Bunny Swimwear 2011 fashion show during the Mercedes-Benz Swimwear fashion week in Miami, Florida. Usually Kim is the standout sister of the Kardashians clan, but this time it’s Kourtney.

Khloe Kardashian wore a black band skirt with a Torn Wendy Leopard-print top ($152.00 $55.00). She paired the dress with open-toe Loubout booties.

Kim Kardashian wore a gray dress with black lace overlay and exposed cutouts through sheer lace. She paired the dress with her ever-favorite black pumps. Kim is dripping with sex appeal in her Preen Fallen dress ($1,604.00 $807.00), but it’s still my least favorite from Preen’s collection. Olivia Palmero has worn the same dress and Khloe Kardashian has worn a similar dress.

Kourtney Kardashian wore a one-sleeve dress with a draped skirt. She added a leather tie belt to the dress. She finished the dress with black pumps and a pair of bold gold hoops. Kourtney’s Kardashian’s by Bebe Goddess dress retails for $129.00.

AMBER ROSE TALKS BEAUTY

Amber Rose and B Chic Shoetique owner, Rashidah Ali, at the B Charitable, B Fashionable, B Chic charity private shopping event benefiting My Sister’s Keeper.

Amber Rose recently flew to Atlanta to attend the B Chic shoe shopping soiree. At the event she sat down with BET to talk beauty, fashion and Amber’s staples – her shades and pink lips.

On her default pink lips:

The hot pink that I always wear is literally from a beauty supply store. It’s $1.99 and I’ve been wearing it since the 7th grade! It’s amazing. I can’t even believe it’s that cheap. I think that big companies use small companies like that and just put a brand name on it because the lip gloss is thick and it’s good quality.

On her upcoming lipgloss line:

My own lip gloss line is in the works. Hopefully it will be really dope because I know there are a lot of girls out there that love my hot pink lip gloss. It’s going to be all loud, bright, fluorescent colors, because that’s like my whole thing.

On her buzzed blond bald look:

My hair color is 50 volume developer and a pack of hair bleach. I have to cut and dye my hair every three to four days. This haircut is new to all of my fans and people that just met me, but I’ve actually had this haircut for six years. This is routine for me and I do it myself.

When my hair grows out, it’s thick and big and heavy and curly. When I have a baby I’m going to let it grow out. I’m actually working on my high top fade right now. I’m growing out the top and I’m going to straighten it out.

On her beauty regimen:

Usually, I wear YSL mascara and foundation. I also wear MAC cream blush. I like to be very luminous and I know sometimes in pictures I look really, really shiny. But that’s okay. I just see so many girls that just look like a powder puff in the face. I just like to look luminous and fresh.

I use Clinique Mild Facial Soap. I very rarely get any pimples or bumps. My moisturizer is raw shea butter. I’m West African and my whole family uses that. Put it in the microwave and it turns into a really great oil. I put it all over my body.

On her rhythmic workout routine:

I’ll hit the gym when I want to do weights. But for the most part, I like to work out in my house and I like to dance. Just put on some reggae and wind your hips. Go down to the floor, come back up. Just sexy dancing. It’s really good for your legs. Just put on whatever your favorite music is and just wild out in the house and get it in. The gym is boring.

On high and low fashion:

I like Nooka. Of course, Louis Vuitton. I just like anything that looks dope. It doesn’t have to be a name brand because I’m not really a fashion whore like that even though it seems like I am. Seriously, I’ll wear a dress from the thrift store that’s $2 if it’s dope. It’s all about being dope and being creative.

Growing up really poor, I had to shop at the thrift store and I had to wear my cousin’s hand-me-downs. I would just put stuff together and make it my own.

On her expansive sunglasses habit:

My friend teases me and tells me that I sleep in them [sunglasses]. But I really don’t sleep in them. I have baby pictures of me with sunglasses on and it’s just always been my sh*t. I guess they just make me feel protected and safe. I’m kind of like very much “to myself,” although I’m still very personable.

I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again. If you have to run out and you don’t have time to do your eye makeup, throw on a pair of shades and you’ll always look fly.

On her haute heel habit:

I love Giuseppes because the fit is just perfect. He’s one of my favorites. I love YSL. I love Alexander McQueen. God rest his soul. I’m a girl! I love shoes!

If I have on shorts or a skirt, I have on heels. If I have on pants, I have on Jordans or Timbs. I’m a South Philly girl, babe.

On her Tomboy swag:

When I dress up like a boy and I have my little tomboy pretty boy swag – basically, if you wear a bright lip, it automatically has the boys looking at you like, ‘Oh, she looks cute with her little boy outfit on.’ But if you’re very plain-faced with a fitted, then it’s not going to work out for you.

On her bare essentials – jewels:

I wear my diamond studs and I’m very simple when it comes to jewelry, especially necklaces. I’ll wear a long one, but I won’t wear a short one because I have a really long neck and it doesn’t look right. I like to just leave it bare.
