Tennis star Serena Williams has been hitting the red carpets looking absolutely stunning lately. Her hair and makeup – flawless; her clothes – haute and her shoes – gorgeous. Serena has never been my go-to celebrity when it came to hot shoes, but it seems like that’s changed.
Serena dressed down for Telemundo’s annual gala for the Women of Tomorrow Mentor & Scholarship Program. She wore a bustier jumpsuit, black blazer, glamorous black jewelry, a red clutch and chain-detail sandals. The Camilla Skovgaard Chain Strap Sandals feature satin and chain straps that criss cross up the vamp and ends at with a satin and chain ankle strap on top of a 4.5-inch heel and .5-inch platform. Serena attended the Sony Ericsson Open Kick-Off Party at LIV nightclub rocking a sapphire look. She wore a blue sheath dress with draping at the neck, back and hips. She paired the dress with open toe booties.The Yves Saint Laurent Vanity booties feature a high ankle with two slits across the vamp, which give the booties a a cutout design. Serena’s most recent trip in front of the flashing lights was with her boyfriend Common. They attended the premiere for Date Night, a movie in which Common costars.
