Actress Tatyana Ali attended Ball Up’s 1st Annual Street Ball Tour at the Dub Auto Show at the Los Angeles Convention Center on March 22, 2009. She wore a skin-tight, high-waist, blue, pencil skirt, a black and white stripped tank, cropped blue bomber and black pumps.
I can say right off, I hate the shoes; the bones are awful. Her makeup is just ok. But I love the silhouette of the look. Though, it’s not as popping with the jacket zipped.

She looks charming in the pencil-cut number. I wish I had a svelthe figure like that.
