Last season, many designers went completely overboard with the fringe trend, which resulted in an over-fringe over trend within the final sale rack. These season, it seems like they’ve learned their lesson, as the fringe trend has been toned down. Instead of hundreds of fringe climbing the leg, it’s provided as an embellishment to ankles of sandals and pumps. I’m glad they’ve provided a more sleek option for the hippie-trend as it doesn’t seem to be crammed down our throat as last time.
