This awards’ season hasn’t presented any dresses that have just WOWED me. But the ladies above were differently my best dressed during the SAG awards.
Viola Davis in David Meister: Like I’ve never seen her before; Viola made me do a double take when I saw her on the red carpet. She’s very beautiful, but the yellow dress looks stunning on her. Her short curly do was perfect combination for yellow one-shoulder dress. She also tapped into two trends with a color and style of the dress. Everyone is wearing one-shouldered dresses this season.
Kate Winslet in Narciso Rodriguez: Once again, Kate looks stunning. She has been a true style-star these last few months on the red carpet. I know she’s shined before, but this time around, she’s showing her sexy side. Me likes.
Taraji P. Henson in Herve Leroux: Finally Taraji has come out of her J. Mendel slump. I may be the only one, but I didn’t like most of her past choices from J that she constantly wore to each event. This dress is much more stylish and tailored; no tattered seams in sight. Hopefully this continues; I can’t wait to see Taraji’s future gowns for the upcoming awards.
Rosario Dawson in Dolce & Gabanna: Rosario never takes too many chances in her fashion choices; usually sticking with black or nude colors, so I was surprised to see her in this ruched dressed. Very lovely Rosario, but she seemed to have missed the va-va voom note she was trying to hit. Her hair and makeup were there, but she choice the wrong dress for the job.

Angelina Jolie in Max Azria: I commend Angelina for being innovative enough to wear this dress backwards. But that’s where her effort stops. She was so bland on the red carpet that it was irritating. Who gives an on-camera interview pertaining to the awards show with simple yes and no answers.
Freida Pinto in Marchesa: Freida was one of the most beautiful women at the event, so I was a bit disappointed with he choice of dress. The periwinkle dress seemed to over-power her petite figure.
Anyone seen Slumdog Millionaire; great movie!

…i agree Rosario does not look as on point as she usually does…it think the dress is not flattering
