The Because I’m Addicted post series surrounds shoes that are insanely expensive. All the BIA shoes are usually over $500, so of course I’m always looking out for some designer alternate for the most popular shoes posted.
The 1st post of the BIA series surrounded flat sandals. The most popular shoe of the post were the Balenciaga Braided Leather Gladiator Sandal. The sandals were originally $695, but were available for $556 from Bluefly. Since the post, the Balenciaga sandals has sold out. But the Dolce Vita Irus Sandal has come along to take it’s place.
Just as the Balenciaga sandals, the Dolce Vita Irus Sandals feature double braided straps with and extra ankle strap and upward fringe at the ankle. The Dolce Vita Irus Sandals are available in Red, blue and nappa brown and retail at Kitson for $145.

I usually love all Balenciaga, but this is a miss, imo
