This year has been a trying year for me, so I’m hoping 2009 will be a better year. We’ll see..
As for my darling, Lolo’s Cube, I’m going to implement a new post, Dress A Day. I’m hoping to post one dress a day, at least on average. By this time next year, there should be 365 days of dresses. The dresses will be varied in style, of course, also in pricing. They may be straight from the runway or retail. Hopefully you all will find some of the dresses pleasing.
The 1st dress in the series is the Lipsy Harlequin Print Layered Skirt Prom Dress from Asos. The satin harlequin print mini dress features a peplum layered skirt and sweetheart bust. The revisited silhouette of the dress has been very popular this season and I’m sure will be even popular next season.
Since the dress itself is a statement, I’d pair it with simple accessories, such as a danty necklace and small medallion, an eye-catching cocktail ring, black cutout booties, black pumps or peep toes, and a leather rectangular clutch.
