But Cici’s cocktail dress was very busy for a dress of this color. The dress had a beaded top, leather straps and a half overlapping skirt. The overlapping skirt created a bubble hem, which was the unnecessary addition to the dress.
Cici paired the dress with gray stiletto pumps. Understandable pairing for the busy dress, but black pumps would have been hot. She wore natural makeup and her hair pulled back in a bun. Overall hot look.
