Veteran fashion designer Stephen Burrows proved that he still has it after being in the industry all these years. Back in the day, he was the go to designer for Diana Ross and all the other divas. Well, Mr Burrows is still representing.
His Spring 09 show started with a burst of white. Perfect pieces for a crisp day time look. The separates can easily be mixed and matched.
He keep the day time look going, but with khaki pieces trimmed in orange, studs and braiding. Not feeling the braided strapless dress, but I love the halter and cap sleeve dress. The skirt and belted jacket combo would be perfect for work too.
The collection also included kaleidescope prints, paired with sheer and natural colored pieces. These pieces can be integrated into the looks above, for even more versatile looks.
And lastly, the show concluded with floor length gowns, all with diagonal straps across the chest. The raspberry at the end is my favorite.

LoLo, where can I find the knockoffs? Or can I afford Mr. Stephen Burrows. I’m still in the same tax bracket as I wanted to be for the past 5-10 years.

Hey girl, sorry havent been here for a while…. LOVE the flair tube style khaki dress and the peach printed one strap, gorgeous…I would love either or both of them
