Finally, another big red carpet weekend. This week the Do Something Award in conjunction with the Teen Choice Awards preparty went down here in Los Angeles. What’s the Do Something Award?
The Do Something Awards (formerly the BR!CK Awards) recognizes amazing young people—like, seriously amazing young people. Nine nominees—all young people who saw a problem in the world and then tackled it—will each win $10,000 for their cause. One Do Something Awards winner will receive a whopping $100,000 and will be announced during the Teen Choice Awards, airing on FOX at 8PM ET on Monday, August 4, 2008.
Celebs such as Lauren Conrad, Lil Mama, JoJo and Monique Coleman, among others, attended the event to shine light on volunteerism. Hopefully, others who worship these celebrities will follow suit.

As for the event, Lil Mama looked fly. If she was any other person, I wouldn’t be pay them any mind. But giving Lil Mama’s past offenses, I have to give credit where credit is due. I liked her hair better when she had bangs though. She also performed at the event. Check the video here.

I can’t beleive that Lil Mama is looking like a young fresh celeb!! I can’t hate, she does her thing on the mic and all but she looks really ruff most of the time! I like her hair and the dress…glad someone decided to style her like a young lady!!

Lil Mama looked greatttt!…. JOJO…why does she look like she is 30 in the face, too much makeup in my opinion but the body is slammin! The dress is pretty and the shoes….
