Miss Jilly from Philly performed at the North Sea Jazz Festival last week. I’m sure it was a great performance, but what caught my eye was her dress. Jill was rocking a cute Diane Von Furstenberg dress. She wasn’t the first to rock it. If you recall, Kim Kardashian and Keysha Cole both wore at previous events. But Jill also looks cute in the Diane von Furstenberg Tuvallu Dress. The dress retails for $325.00
