Who wore the ruffle bottom cocktail dress better: Bethany of the Real Housewives of New York, with no jewels and red pumps, or Victoria Secret’s model, Selita Ebanks with black open-toe platforms and tights.

I think it looks better on Selita Ebanks. I guess the tights look better with this dress than the bare-legged look that Bethany is rocking.

DEFINATLY bethany, she makes the dress stand out the most
it fades in the background with selita
and bethany fills it out more, definatly, selita almost looks too thin

Definitely Bethany, curves make a difference, and the dress doesn’t need any jewelry if you want to accent the ruffles. Red pumps, are a nice touch. The tights makes it look like a funeral dress.
