Recently Alicia Keys was on the red carpet working a fabulous denim look. I’m loving the whole look from the hair and sunglasses, to the leather coat and wide-leg jeans and attitude. Of course I just had to find the alternates, so this look could be acheivable for the rest of us.

I’ve been in love with the Matelasse Miu Miu bags for a while now, but unsure of the longevity of the design. So i wanted to ask you all if you thought this bag could also be carried years from now without looking dated. If I’m going to purchase a bag of this price, I don’t want it to be a one season wonder. The particular bags I had in mind were these smaller ones in juicy Spring colors:

Alicia Keys is so unbelievably knockout in whatever she wears. But big girls should not wear those wide legged jeans as pictured, they always make their thighs look like turkey drumsticks. not beguiling..
